Amai Beach, Papua, Indonesia

Amai Beach located in Papua, Indonesia the most east part of Indonesia. This beautiful beach with its white sands is located in Depapre Gulf-Waiya Village-Depapre District, 63 km from Jayapura town and accessible about one and half hours from the city by vehicles and using a boat

The beach is not so popular compare to Kuta or Sanur beach in Bali, however the location is very peace and beautifully surrounded by pacific ocean and usually used as hidden beach for many travelers.

Beside Amai Beach, Papua also have others beautiful beach such as BaseG beach - a place where Gen. Mac Arthur landed in Pacific Theatre World War II 1945
